Uncertain by Debi Starr portrays an African American woman with a look of wonder. This painting is the third in a new series portraying women of different backgrounds that share the same attitudes, emotions and complexities. Whatever our culture or background may be, women across the world bond to share in heartache and happiness, in sorrow and pain, in attitudes and emotions and everything in between. Our complexities make us who we are as women. This bold painting intrigues the viewer and leaves them uncertain. This painting will certainly make a statement on any wall and start many conversations.The dynamic composition, techniques and rich colors make it a perfect gift for any art enthusiast. About Debi Starr
Dreams really do come true! StarrStruck Gallery & Studio, located in Clear Lake Shores, Texas is now a reality for artist, Debi Starr. Debi, a native Houstonian, has been creating art her whole life. She graduated from The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts before heading to the windy city to attend The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She holds a BFA as well as her Teaching Certificate in Art Education and she has successfully built her reputation as an artist and a private art teacher.
