Dreams really do come true! StarrStruck Gallery & Studio, located in Clear Lake Shores, Texas is now a reality for artist, Debi Starr. Debi, a native Houstonian, has been creating art her whole life. She graduated from The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts before heading to the windy city to attend The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She holds a BFA as well as her Teaching Certificate in Art Education and she has successfully built her reputation as an artist and a private art teacher. Debi Starr’s original paintings grace the walls of homes and businesses in the United States as well as across the pond.
