I have an obsession with bottle shapes. This painting, Bottle Shapes, by Debi Starr is a mixed media piece incorporating the use of acrylic paints, oil pastels, metallic powders and resin on canvas. It has a layered effect and the resin brings out the richness in the colors as well as the texture of the surface. It's a great gift for the wine lover or art enthusiast. This piece would be a lovely addition to a wine bar, dining room or anywhere you would like to make a bold statement.

Dreams really do come true! StarrStruck Gallery & Studio, located in Clear Lake Shores, Texas is now a reality for artist, Debi Starr. Debi, a native Houstonian, has been creating art her whole life. She graduated from The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts before heading to the windy city to attend The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She holds a BFA as well as her Teaching Certificate in Art Education and she has successfully built her reputation as an artist and a private art teacher.
